Saudi developer Al Ramz Real Estate has recorded nearly SAR 670 million in unit reservations for its newly launched Masar Corner project within the Masar Destination in Makkah.
The official launch event attracted chief executives, industry professionals and leaders from international investment funds. Attendees participated in a panel discussion examining the growing appetite among global funds to invest in the Makkah region, supported by strong local market fundamentals.
International buyers showed significant interest during the launch, with Al Ramz drawing buyers from 51 nations. Investors from Nigeria made up the highest number of reservations, with Indonesia, Pakistan, the United States and Türkiye forming the rest of the top five countries. The speed of the sales set a new record for international reservations for the developer.
Positioned in the centre of the development, Masar Corner overlooks King Abdullah Mosque Square. The scheme consists of two towers containing 541 integrated units, offering residential, commercial and service spaces designed to align with the wider master plan of the Masar Destination.
The launch coincides with a period of fast urban expansion and economic progress in Makkah, expanding options for real estate investors and strengthening the city as an international investment hub.
The project reflects the expanding footprint of Al Ramz in the Saudi Arabian property sector. The developer aims to meet rising demand for varied real estate formats while opening access to both local and international capital. Al Ramz continues to build projects across several Saudi cities to support national growth goals and align with Saudi Vision 2030.
