The Greenville Arena District has selected Turner to manage the $182 million Bon Secours Wellness Arena Master Plan. The project will modernise the downtown arena, build a 6,500-seat amphitheatre and extend the entertainment district. Funded by existing venue revenues and hospitality taxes rather than tax increases, the project will focus heavily on creating employment opportunities for local small businesses and workers.
A major multi-purpose sports park is set to launch in Vietnam later this month. Sun Sports City Ninh Binh, a 22-hectare complex developed by Sun Group, will open in Ha Nam Ward, Ninh Binh Province. The facility features 58 training fields across seven disciplines, including the largest covered pickleball hub in the country, alongside a 3,000-seat stadium built to international standards.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has celebrated the reopening of Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort following a significant refurbishment. The adults-only, AAA Four Diamond property has undergone a total transformation to its 424 suites and shared facilities. Located in a secure gated community near Cancun, the resort now features contemporary coastal interiors and a brand-new two-storey Preferred Club building.
Aimbridge Hospitality has welcomed the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort to its rapidly growing All-Inclusive Division. The 335-key resort in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is the first US property in the division and is undergoing a $50 million renovation financed by owners Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, LLC. The property is transitioning to IHG's voco hotels brand. It will be a family-friendly, sports-focused all-inclusive destination, with the first phase of upgrades due in early 2026. The renovation includes refreshed rooms, over six new food and beverage concepts, and expanded sports and meeting facilities.
