Southern Land Company will construct a 1,271-acre master-planned community inside Chatham Park in Pittsboro, North Carolina. The development features a private golf club designed by Tom Fazio, offering an 18-hole main course, a 9-hole short course and modern practice facilities. Located 30 miles from Raleigh, the project combines residential and mixed-use spaces, representing a major real estate investment for the Research Triangle region.
Manchester United has announced the location for its proposed 100,000-seater stadium, situated 350 metres from Old Trafford. The venue forms the centrepiece of the Trafford Wharfside masterplan, a 150-hectare regeneration project backed by Trafford Council and regional authorities. The project aims to create 48,000 jobs and 15,000 homes, delivering a projected £7.3 billion annual boost to the UK economy.
The Greenville Arena District has selected Turner to manage the $182 million Bon Secours Wellness Arena Master Plan. The project will modernise the downtown arena, build a 6,500-seat amphitheatre and extend the entertainment district. A major multi-purpose sports park is set to launch in Vietnam later this month. Sun Sports City Ninh Binh, a 22-hectare complex developed by Sun Group, will open in Ha Nam Ward, Ninh Binh Province. Using Lucra’s mobile technology, Great Linqx will offer real-money tournaments and skill-based challenges at its new mixed-use venues. The first location is set to open in 2027.
