Ennismore, one of the world’s fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality companies, has announced the upcoming opening of SO/ Ras Al Khaimah in November 2025. The resort will be the brand’s first all-inclusive property outside Europe and Ennismore’s first lifestyle hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, marking a significant addition to the emirate’s expanding luxury tourism landscape.

Situated along Ras Al Khaimah’s scenic coastline where desert, mangroves, and ocean meet, SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will feature 257 rooms and suites across seven categories, each offering uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea. The design takes inspiration from local landscapes, with interiors featuring sunset oranges, sandy neutrals, ocean teal, and lush greens, complemented by warm materials such as walnut wood and sandstone with bronze accents.

The resort will host five distinctive dining experiences curated by Ennismore’s Global F&B Platform. These include The Market, a casual all-day restaurant; Chiano, offering Mediterranean flavours; Hadaba, a Levantine fine-dining venue; Floating World, a Japanese and Pan-Asian restaurant; and Savant, a cocktail lounge with live entertainment on the 10th floor. Two poolside bars, Cabini and Bungalow (adults-only), and an independent beach club will further enhance the all-inclusive experience.

For meetings and events, SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will feature purpose-built facilities, including a function hall accommodating up to 345 guests, a pre-function area, and multiple flexible breakout spaces. Wellness will also be a core focus, with a dedicated spa, treatment rooms, sauna, cold plunge pool, and a fully equipped gym offering complimentary classes. The resort’s location near seven renowned golf courses will appeal to guests seeking active pursuits.

The property sits at the entrance to Al Marjan Island, an emerging hub for luxury hospitality and entertainment. With attractions such as designer boutiques, fine dining, cultural experiences, and the island’s first casino under development, the destination continues to attract visitors. According to the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), the emirate welcomed a record 1.28 million overnight visitors in 2024, driving a 12% rise in tourism revenues.

Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal as a hub for all-inclusive travel is already evident through the success of Rixos Bab Al Bahr and Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah, both recognised for blending high-end dining, entertainment, and family-friendly experiences. Building on this momentum, SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is set to introduce a fresh, fashion-inspired take on the all-inclusive concept, placing design and culinary excellence at its heart.

Cenk Unverdi, COO of Rixos & All-Inclusive Collection – GCC, Central Asia & Europe for Ennismore, said: “Ras Al Khaimah is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing luxury destinations in the region, making it the perfect location to debut the first SO/ all-inclusive resort in the Middle East. Building on the success of Rixos through the ALL Inclusive Collection, we’re delighted to welcome the first lifestyle all-inclusive resort to the emirate. SO/ Ras Al Khaimah will be unique and will offer a timeless, intimate take on the art of escape, where bold design, exceptional food and beverage and creativity come together in a seamless, immersive experience for guests with a wide range of amenities.”

The launch forms part of Ennismore’s broader strategy to strengthen its position in the global lifestyle all-inclusive market. The group’s portfolio now includes over 60 open and pipeline resorts, representing more than 25,000 rooms worldwide. Recent additions include Rixos Tersane Istanbul, Rixos Obhur Jeddah, SLS Playa Mujeres, and Hyde Bodrum, with new developments planned in Mexico, Egypt, Dubai, and Vietnam.
