Property Finder, the leading real estate platform in the MENA region, has announced a $250 million debt financing agreement with Ares Credit Funds. The funding will support the company’s expansion plans across the region, including investments in AI-driven solutions, product innovation, marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Property Finder has established itself as the largest property portal in the MENA region by revenue. Between 2020 and 2024, the company achieved a group revenue CAGR exceeding 40%. In the UAE, core real estate revenues grew from $30 million in 2021 to $117 million in 2024, with $73 million reported in the first half of 2025. UAE EBITDA margins also expanded to over 60% in 1H 2025, highlighting the efficiency of the company’s single-brand, unified tech-stack model.

The financing follows strategic investments from global private equity firms Permira and Blackstone, reinforcing confidence in Property Finder’s growth trajectory and in the UAE’s technology sector. Axis Arbor Partners (London) served as the exclusive debt advisor to Property Finder.
