Nakheel has unveiled a premium collection of beachfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, marking a significant step in the continued development of the landmark destination. The newly released portfolio spans 11 unique villa styles across two neighbourhoods, The Beach Collection and The Coral Collection, with each design created to showcase contemporary coastal living.

The launch comes as construction continues to progress across the vast island project, which forms a major extension of Dubai’s luxury waterfront landscape. The villas, crafted in collaboration with renowned global architectural firms, have been individually named to reflect their distinct styles and character. Each property has been designed with generous open spaces, extensive natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor living elements, enhancing residents’ connection to the sea.

The Beach Collection offers five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 sqft, with architectural contributions from NAGA Architects, LOCI, WATG, LW Design Group and SAOTA. Villa styles include Cyan Sky, Cobalt Beach, Baia Luna, Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper and Bluejay, featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing and refined contemporary finishes that maximise beachfront views.

Meanwhile, the Coral Collection consists of six- and seven-bedroom residences ranging between 11,500 and 12,500 sqft. Designs such as Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune and Sunset Mirage bring bolder architectural forms and warm, natural colour palettes, offering expansive private environments tailored for family living and relaxation.

Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said: “Palm Jebel Ali stands as a symbol of Dubai’s vision and enduring ambition. This latest release of villas reinforces Nakheel’s commitment to excellence in design, delivery and community creation. As construction advances, we remain focused on delivering homes and neighbourhoods that elevate quality of life and contribute to Dubai’s long-term growth story.”

Alongside the residential offering, the development will feature a 9,000 sqm retail centre and a landmark Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), with capacity for 1,000 worshippers.

Set across seven islands and 13.4 kilometres, Palm Jebel Ali will include 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront. Aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), the community will incorporate smart infrastructure, sustainable design and walkable public spaces, creating a new urban hub in the Jebel Ali district.
