Watts Water Technologies Inc. (NYSE: WTS) announced on December 1, 2025, that its subsidiaries have concluded the acquisition of the Industrial Company for Castings and Sanitary Fittings, commonly known as Saudi Cast. Watts is a global leader in manufacturing and supplying plumbing, heating, and water quality products and solutions.

Saudi Cast is a Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based manufacturer specialising in cast iron and stainless steel drainage solutions. The firm’s products serve the specified non-residential and industrial markets in the region.

The acquisition was entirely financed using cash on hand, Watts confirmed. Saudi Cast currently generates annualised sales of approximately $20 million. The newly acquired business will be reported under Watts’ Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) regional segment.
