Long & Foster Real Estate has announced the appointment of Lacey Conway as its new president. The firm is one of the largest real estate businesses in the United States and operates as part of HomeServices of America. Conway joins the leadership team with over 20 years of experience in the sector. She will work alongside Patrick Bain, the CEO and president of The Long & Foster Companies, to manage the growth and internal culture of the brokerage.

Conway grew up in a multi-generational real estate family and started her professional journey as a teenager with an internship at Latter & Blum. She eventually became a real estate agent at the same firm. This early experience provided her with direct knowledge of the daily tasks and obstacles that agents encounter. She progressed through various management tiers to eventually serve as CEO of Latter & Blum. Under her guidance, the firm became a major independent brokerage in the Gulf South region before it was bought by Compass.

Following that acquisition, Conway held a senior leadership position at Compass. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing merger and acquisition strategies. Her career has been defined by a focus on agent support and improving the experience for clients. She is known for creating inclusive workplace environments that provide staff with the necessary resources to navigate shifting property markets.

Conway holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University. She also carries a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
