DMCC and Dubai developer Sweid & Sweid have joined forces to launch BAY360, a major new mixed-use project designed to serve as a community heart for Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). The development is part of a broader plan to refresh the district and will feature a 22,000-square-foot flagship Spinneys supermarket as its anchor tenant.

The project is located at Lake D and has been designed to preserve the majority of the water feature while creating new public spaces. BAY360 will provide a variety of daily services, including healthcare facilities, wellness centres and a selection of lakeside restaurants with outdoor seating. For sports enthusiasts, the plans include rooftop padel courts alongside family-friendly recreational zones.

Accessibility is a core focus of the new scheme. A dedicated underground car park will provide 300 spaces to handle the expected increase in visitors. DMCC also intends to improve pedestrian links by creating a new avenue connecting the metro station directly to the far side of the lake, making it easier for residents to reach the JLT Park.

Construction is expected to finish by late 2027.
