IHG Hotels & Resorts has confirmed a new strategic partnership with the developer of Vinhomes Green Paradise to bring four international hotel brands to Vietnam. The agreement was signed in Hanoi on 24 April 2026. This collaboration focuses on the Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio project, a massive coastal development located in Ho Chi Minh City.

The deal will see the creation of over 1,000 hotel rooms across four distinct brands. The InterContinental Saigon Can Gio and Crowne Plaza Saigon Can Gio will each offer 400 rooms. Additionally, the project includes 130 rooms for Holiday Inn Express Saigon Can Gio and another 130 for Garner Hotel Saigon Can Gio. This announcement marks the official entry of the Holiday Inn Express and Garner brands into the Vietnamese market.

Holiday Inn Express and Garner are expected to open in 2028. The InterContinental and Crowne Plaza properties are scheduled to follow in 2030. These hotels will be part of a larger accommodation network of 7,000 rooms within the 2,870 hectare urban site. The development will also feature a VinWonders theme park, golf courses and a luxury cruise port.
