Al Saidan Real Estate Company has announced the appointment of Abdullatif Almuhaideb as Chief Executive Officer as part of a wider push to strengthen senior leadership and pursue expansion targets.
The leadership change arrives alongside the launch of ATRIUM 2026-2030, a five-year strategy focused on accelerating business growth, improving operational efficiency and expanding premium real estate developments. The roadmap also aims to diversify current investments to secure the business position of the Saudi developer, which has operated for over eight decades.
Almuhaideb joins the firm with more than 15 years of professional experience covering real estate investment, property development, investment banking and portfolio management. His background includes leading Initial Public Offering processes, handling transaction structuring and managing asset portfolios. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance.
Prior to taking on the chief executive role, Almuhaideb held several senior industry positions. He worked as Vice President of Local Real Estate Investments at the Public Investment Fund, served as General Manager of Development and Investment at Al-Majidiah Real Estate Development Company, and acted as Vice President of Investment Banking at Alinma Investment Company.
The corporate transition positions the company to implement its strategic vision for the 2026-2030 period while building on its long-standing presence in the Kingdom’s real estate sector.
