BEEAH, the region’s leading sustainability and innovation company, has signed a strategic agreement with Alef Group, one of the UAE’s premier real estate developers, to collaborate on advancing sustainable development projects in Sharjah.
The partnership will see both organisations exchange knowledge, share resources, and contribute to the emirate’s long-term vision for a greener, more sustainable urban landscape. The agreement brings together Alef’s track record in real estate development with BEEAH’s expertise in environmental management and sustainable innovation.
“In collaboration with regional and international partners, BEEAH is working on some of the most groundbreaking projects in the region. We have always recognized the power of collaboration to realize our ambitions. Our strategic partnership with Alef will bring a new dimension of expertise and insights to several of our projects,” said Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH.
BEEAH, headquartered in Sharjah, will deploy its environmental management systems and innovations to support Alef Group’s sustainability goals across its developments. In turn, Alef will contribute expertise from its real estate projects to support BEEAH’s initiatives.
The partnership will also explore best practice implementation, talent sharing, and joint efforts to design and deliver projects that reflect global sustainability benchmarks.
“Our partnership with BEEAH reflects our unwavering commitment to shaping exceptional communities and landmark projects in Sharjah. With our combined expertise, we aim to deliver destinations that not only meet global benchmarks but also champion sustainability, well-being, and long-term value,” said Raed Al Nuaimi, CEO of Alef Group.
Both organisations say the collaboration will contribute to Sharjah’s standing as a hub for sustainable innovation and future-ready communities.
