Danube Properties has introduced its latest residential landmark, Serenz by Danube, located within Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The project was officially launched by Danube Group’s Founder and Chairman, Rizwan Sajan, alongside Group Managing Director Adel Sajan, Director of Agency Relationships Sana Sajan, and global ambassador Brett Lee.
The 50-storey tower is positioned between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. A primary feature of the site is its “2-minutes-in, 2-minutes-out” access, which is intended to streamline travel for residents moving across the city. The development covers 120,000 square feet of dedicated lifestyle space, a first for the Dubai market.
Promoted under the concept “A World of Amenities,” the project includes more than 40 facilities. These features range from a resort-style serenity pool and a children’s aqua park to spa zones, fitness areas, and sports courts. The building also provides meditation zones, landscaped gardens, and a daycare centre for families.
Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said: “Serenz by Danube represents our vision of creating more than just homes. Our fully furnished premium apartments are designed to enhance everyday living through comfort, wellness, and luxury. Supported by our signature 1 per cent per month payment plan, the project offers strong value for both homeowners and investors.”
Residential units at Serenz are fully furnished, with prices beginning at AED 850,000. The project consists of 1,250 apartments including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom configurations. Construction is expected to be completed by 2029.
The project is situated 2 minutes from Al Khail Road and roughly 13 minutes from both Mall of the Emirates and the Internet City Metro station. Its location in JVC is noted for steady rental demand and its suitability for families. Danube continues to use its 1 per cent monthly payment model to assist buyers with property ownership while maintaining its schedule for delivery and quality standards.
