Lone Wolf Technologies, the prominent residential property software firm, has appointed Matt Fischer as its new Chief Executive Officer. The appointment is effective immediately and sees Fischer taking the reins from Jimmy Kelly, who has led the company for the past seven years. Kelly will stay on in an advisory role to assist with the leadership transition.

Fischer joins the Dallas-based firm following a 22-year career at Bullhorn. During his time there, he helped grow the business from a fledgling startup into a global market leader with a customer base exceeding 10,000. In his most recent role as President and Chief Operating Officer, he oversaw large engineering and product teams, focusing on scaling operations and improving user experience.

Lone Wolf, which serves over one million agents across North America, is currently moving into a new growth phase. This strategy involves integrating artificial intelligence throughout its software suite and streamlining its product range into a single, unified platform. The company aims to provide more efficient tools for transaction management and digital forms.
