Dubai-based developer OMNIYAT has revealed its latest project, LUMENA ALTA, a 380-metre skyscraper set to become the tallest commercial building in Business Bay once completed in 2030.

The tower, designed with a spiralling façade, will rise 73 storeys and deliver 45 floors of high-end office space. Positioned as a commercial landmark, OMNIYAT says LUMENA ALTA is intended to reshape Dubai’s business district and extend the success of its earlier development, LUMENA.

Situated at the gateway of Business Bay, next to the original LUMENA by OMNIYAT, the development promises prime connectivity alongside panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and the Arabian Gulf. The company describes the project as a space designed to attract global business leaders and innovators.

OMNIYAT highlighted that the tower’s design was inspired by radiance and elevation. The exterior is engineered to capture and reflect light throughout the day, while at night it will emit a glow from within. The company says the building will bring together commercial, hospitality, and lifestyle elements under one roof.

The unveiling of LUMENA ALTA marks the next phase in OMNIYAT’s strategy to deliver landmark projects across Dubai. Scheduled for completion in 2030, the tower is expected to strengthen Business Bay’s role as a global hub for business and commerce.
