Radisson Hotels has entered into an exclusive partnership with Co-op Live, the UK’s largest live entertainment arena, becoming its official hotel partner. The agreement brings Radisson’s hospitality expertise directly into Manchester’s growing live music landscape, providing concertgoers with new levels of access and enhanced visitor experiences.

Co-op Live, situated next to the Etihad Stadium – home to Manchester City Football Club – is a centrepiece of the Etihad Campus redevelopment, blending sport and music in a single entertainment hub. Since its opening in May 2024, the venue has welcomed more than one million ticket holders in its first ten months, hosting headline acts including Billie Eilish, Bruce Springsteen and Tyler the Creator. Upcoming shows from Lady Gaga and Ed Sheeran are already drawing global attention. The arena has also been recognised with several accolades, including Pollstar’s 2025 award for “New Concert Venue of the Year”.

The timing of the partnership coincides with Radisson Hotels’ plans to operate a new Radisson Blu hotel on the Etihad Campus, set to launch in 2026 as part of Manchester City’s North Stand expansion. The 401-room hotel will place guests in the heart of the city’s premier live entertainment and sporting district, while also contributing to job creation and the wider local economy.

Both organisations share a commitment to sustainability. Co-op Live has been named A Greener Arena, earning a “Highly Commended” recognition under A Greener Future (AGF) certification for its strong environmental practices.

“Co-op Live represents the future of live entertainment in the UK, and we are delighted to be the official hotel partner,” says Cristina Serra, Global SVP, Brand & Experience, Customer and Marketing Strategy at Radisson Hotel Group. “This partnership not only connects our brand to unforgettable music experiences but also creates direct value for our guests, members, and partners.”

Guy Dunstan, Senior Vice President & General Manager at Co-op Live, added: “This collaboration brings together two brands committed to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. With Radisson’s reputation for excellence in hospitality and our vision as the UK’s premier live entertainment venue, we’re excited to offer fans and visitors a world-class experience inside and beyond the arena.”

The collaboration further strengthens Manchester’s position as the UK’s second-largest live music economy, cementing its role as a global destination for culture and entertainment.
