RESAAS Services Inc. (TSX-V: RSS, OTCQB: RSASF) has confirmed a new technical partnership with Databricks, the prominent Data and AI firm. Based in Vancouver, the real estate technology provider announced the move on 23 April 2026. This collaboration is designed to help large property companies manage their data more effectively through the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
Under this new arrangement, RESAAS Enterprise users can securely transfer their professional data into the Databricks system. This includes information regarding referral activities, transaction pipelines and current market statistics. The goal is to enable global firms to gain a better understanding of their operations through advanced analytics.
“Residential and Commercial real estate companies continue to unlock the full value of data,” said RESAAS CEO, Tom Rossiter. “The integration between RESAAS and Databricks enables our mutual customers to operationalize RESAAS data within one of the world’s leading data and AI platforms. This provides RESAAS customers with richer insights, more accurate forecasting, and data automation at scale.”
The partnership enables clients to use Databricks’ AI tools to build predictive models based on global transaction trends. It also allows firms to merge RESAAS data with their own internal CRM and financial records. This helps in creating more detailed reports for international markets and supporting AI-managed tasks.
This project is part of RESAAS’s broader plan to integrate its data tools into major enterprise systems. The company believes this move will attract large global real estate agencies that require real-time intelligence. The service is available to all RESAAS Enterprise clients starting today.
