The Japanese firm SmartRyde, a global leader in pre-booked airport transfer services, has announced a major strategic integration with Amadeus, the travel technology giant. This collaboration means SmartRyde’s extensive network of airport transfer solutions will soon be available directly through Amadeus Transfers. The integration, expected next month, will allow travel sellers globally to offer seamless door-to-door ground transportation as an integrated part of their booking itineraries.

The partnership aims to address the common stress of arranging airport transportation, particularly for international travellers. By allowing pre-booked, door-to-door transfers, the service ensures a smoother journey from the traveller’s home to the final hotel check-in.

The initial rollout will focus on travel sellers in Japan and South Korea. Travellers in these regions will be able to book rides in advance from the airport, reducing anxiety and saving time before they even depart. For travel sellers, the service will be fully integrated into the Amadeus booking flow.

Travellers using the service can expect access to trusted rides in over 1000+ airports worldwide. Key features include upfront, transparent pricing with no surprises. All bookings will be conveniently processed through Amadeus Transfers.

Travel sellers utilising the Amadeus Travel Platform will soon gain access to SmartRyde’s full service range. This includes everything from standard vehicles to premium chauffeur options. The system will provide real-time availability, instant confirmation, and transparent pricing.
