Swiss Finance & Property Group (SFP Group) has announced a full-scale upgrade of its investment management operations, selecting Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) to deliver a front-to-back technology transformation.

The Swiss real estate asset manager, which oversees more than $15 billion in assets, said it is implementing Broadridge’s integrated SaaS platform to modernise its operations and prepare for continued growth. The technology overhaul will cover trade order and execution management, portfolio management, compliance, risk management, middle office operations and regulatory transaction reporting.

The project also includes Broadridge’s SWIFT services and trade settlement monitoring, while performance measurement and portfolio simulation will be provided through Confluence’s Revolution, a Broadridge strategic partner.

Nicolas Di Maggio, CEO of Swiss Finance & Property AG, said: “Technology plays a vital role in our strategic roadmap as we continue to scale our award-winning asset management business. Broadridge is providing us with the future-ready, integrated platform that will evolve with our business, and enable us to strengthen operational resilience, and smarter, more agile decision-making. This front to back operational and technology transformation is a foundational step in aligning our technology infrastructure with our long-term growth ambitions and regulatory commitments.”

Among the key features highlighted are tighter integration between trading and execution management tools, enhanced regulatory reporting capabilities, and stronger connectivity to SIX Swiss Exchange and BX Swiss to boost settlement efficiency. Built-in controls will also support compliance with FINMA’s evolving rules on outsourcing, cyber security and resilience.

Mike Sleightholme, Head of Asset Management and President of Broadridge International, said: “Our engagement with SFP Group highlights the growing demand from global asset managers for scalable, future-ready technology that seamlessly connects the front, middle, and back office. We’re proud to power SFP Group’s technology and operations modernization with innovative solutions grounded in our deep expertise – enhancing risk controls, accelerating digital transformation and enabling scalability. It reflects our commitment to helping asset managers transform with confidence so they can focus on alpha generation and achieve operational excellence.”

SFP Group undertook a multi-year review of its target operating model with the aim of replacing legacy systems. The firm said Broadridge’s platform would unify data and workflows across its business, reducing manual processes, improving transparency and allowing the company to scale.

Broadridge currently supports nearly 500 asset managers worldwide with its technology platforms.
