LBA Logistics has acquired Core45 Building 1, a newly constructed 616,068-square-foot Class AA industrial facility in the South Dallas market. The sale was managed by JLL Capital Markets, which represented the seller, an affiliate of Grandview Partners. Completed in 2023, the property is 48 per cent leased to investment-grade tenant Owens Corning.
JLL has named Amanda Brimmer as CFO, Leasing Advisory and Head of Corporate Development. Reporting to CFO Kelly Howe, she will lead global financial growth strategies and oversee corporate development initiatives.
Savills has appointed Neil Brookes as Executive Managing Director for Asia Pacific Capital Markets, based in Singapore. Mr. Brookes brings over 20 years of experience and has personally brokered more than $15 billion in cross-border deals. The firm is focusing its efforts on connecting international capital with high-growth specialist sectors, including Living and Data Centres.
