Ayala Land’s 752-hectare Vermosa estate in Cavite has earned the BERDE 5-Star Certification under BERDE Districts from the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC). The award recognises the site’s sustainable master planning, including the 143-hectare North Central Business District, which features 19 hectares of green space. Features include pedestrian infrastructure, cycle paths, greywater systems and climate-resilient engineering.
