Global hospitality firm Banyan Group has announced its first US project with the launch of Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach. Developed alongside Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development, the luxury tower features 88 homes designed by a collective of world-renowned architects and designers. The project marks a major milestone for the brand as it brings its signature wellness-focused residential model to the South Florida market.
UAE developer Arada has reached a significant construction milestone by appointing Engineering Contracting Co. (LLC) as the main contractor for the W Residences at Dubai Harbour. The AED1.55 billion agreement covers the delivery of all three luxury towers within the waterfront development. With preliminary works already in progress, the project is set to provide 490 branded homes alongside a suite of high-end amenities.
Hard Rock International has unveiled plans for an $850 million hotel, casino and residential complex in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Slated to open in 2029, the project features 415 rooms and 186 branded residences. Construction will begin in mid-2026, creating over 3,500 total jobs for the local economy.

Ohana Development and Manchester City F.C. have signed a landmark agreement to launch a multi-billion-dirham residential project in Abu Dhabi. Spanning 1.67 million square metres, ‘Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana’ will be the first branded residential destination for the football club. Located on the Yas Canal waterfront, the development blends the club’s global identity with luxury architectural design.
