Mnzil has partnered with The Development Group and Capital Partners to launch a SAR 1 billion real estate fund. The initiative aims to build purpose-built workforce communities across key cities in Saudi Arabia, creating up to 50,000 beds. Designed to improve living standards for workers, the project will feature quality housing, green spaces and recreational facilities. Construction is set to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
