Inspired by iconic European bistros, the collection focuses on independent hotels that prioritise cultural and culinary expression. This move marks a shift towards asset-light growth, allowing independent owners to access global distribution systems while maintaining their unique local identity across future sites in the UK, Spain, Austria and the UAE.
