South Korean builder GS E&C has partnered with CRA, an architecture and design group led by MIT Professor Carlo Ratti, to research climate-resilient housing concepts. The project analyses the impact of extreme weather, heatwaves, and fine dust on homes using sensor data. Following feasibility testing, the firm plans to roll out these protective technologies across its premium Xi residential apartments.
