Daewoo E&C has finalised an investment in a $291 million housing project in Palisades Park, New Jersey, marking its return to the United States property development sector after two decades. Partnering with New York developer Tamares, the firm will build a 540-unit apartment complex. The company also plans to back a luxury mixed-use project in Prosper, Texas, later this year.
