Dar Global and The Trump Organization have unveiled Trump Plaza Jeddah, a USD 1 billion mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia. Located within the Amaya master plan, the project includes luxury residences, Grade-A offices and a private central park. The site will feature a 4,000-square-metre private members' club alongside elite dining and retail options. This launch marks the third collaboration between the two entities in the Kingdom.
A major luxury development has been confirmed for Riyadh’s Wadi Safar district through a partnership between Dar Al Arkan, Dar Global, and The Trump Organization. The project, named the Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, will occupy a 2.6 million square metre site and forms part of the Diriyah masterplan. The development includes an 18-hole championship golf course, a premium hotel, and residential units designed to integrate with the local landscape.
Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, and The Trump Organization have announced a major joint venture for the Maldives. The partnership includes the debut of the Trump International Hotel Maldives and the launch of the world’s first tokenised hotel development tied to the project. Located 25 minutes from Malé, the hotel will feature 80 ultra-luxury beach and overwater villas and is expected to open by the end of 2028.
