Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre have introduced Terra Gardens, the latest neighbourhood within the Expo Living masterplan at Expo City Dubai. The new launch follows the first phase, Terra Heights, and advances the partners’ long-term plan to build a connected mixed-use community. Spanning 451,295 square metres, Expo Living will ultimately comprise 3,555 residential units across five districts.
Emaar has unveiled Dubai Mansions, a Dh100-billion ultra-luxury project within the new Emaar Hills community. Comprising 40,000 homes and a collection of grand residences up to 20,000 square feet, the development is set to become one of Dubai’s most exclusive addresses.
Dubai has revealed plans to construct the tallest metro station in the world as part of its Blue Line expansion. Located at Dubai Creek Harbour, the station will rise 74 metres and form part of a major infrastructure project that includes 14 new stations, improved airport connectivity, and modern transport facilities designed for future growth.
