M&G Real Estate has expanded its European portfolio by acquiring two residential properties in Greater Paris from French REIT Gecina for €67 million. The off-market purchase adds 173 newly built rental apartments in Hauts-de-Seine across Alba Residence in La Garenne-Colombes and Rueil Arsenal in Rueil-Malmaison. The deal marks the tenth acquisition for the M&G European Living Property Fund, taking its total holdings to over 1,700 homes.
