Minor Hotels has signed two agreements with Paraguayan real estate company Grupo Petra in Madrid to expand its footprint in South America. The partnership includes a management contract for a four-star, 116-room NH Hotel in Asunción, scheduled to open in late 2029, alongside a strategic framework to explore further developments across Paraguay under the NH, NH Collection and Tivoli hotel brands.
