Sime Darby Property and ESR have expanded the E-Metro Logistics Park in Selangor, Malaysia, by adding over 2,200,000 square feet of warehouse space. The expansion includes the finished Metrohub 4 facility and the groundbreaking of Metrohub 3. Global beverage brand MIXUE has pre-committed to Metrohub 4, while Metrohub 3 will offer specialised storage for electric vehicle components and lithium batteries.

The three-building purchase expands the firm's US footprint to 3.2 million square feet. Industrial developer Panattoni has named Sharad Gohil as CEO and Managing Director of Panattoni India to drive its regional expansion. Gohil, the former head of IndoSpace Capital Asia, brings over 25 years of global real estate experience. Lagermax Logistics Croatia has completed its third logistics warehouse at its Luka headquarters near Zagreb. The new facility increases total storage capacity to 60,000 square metres. Located near the main cargo gate of Heathrow Airport, the fully leased asset spans 15.4 acres and expands the European logistics platform of the investment firm beyond its previous €5 billion baseline.
