Newforma has acquired Toronto-based AI analytics developer Lumi AI to enhance its project and information management tools for AECO firms. The deal integrates Lumi AI’s plain-language analytics engine into Newforma's software ecosystem, combining artificial intelligence with over 20 years of structured construction data to deliver verifiable, accurate project insights across connected operational systems.
