The landmark redevelopment, formerly Westgate Mall, will operate under a 20-year lease. The site will be transformed into a dynamic mixed-use complex and will feature integrated retail, hospitality, and office spaces, supporting Shanghai’s urban renewal efforts and international consumption status.
