AG Real Estate France has acquired a 38,900 m² logistics hub in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon, Normandy, on an off-plan basis. The transaction, structured as a sale and leaseback deal with Martin Belaysoud Expansion, sees technical equipment distributor Téréva take a 12-year fixed lease. Construction on the Class A facility begins in late 2026, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
