Dubai-based master developer Meraas has awarded GCC Contracting an AED 1 billion build contract for Phase 7 of Nad Al Sheba Gardens. The expansion will deliver 272 homes, including 130 luxury villas and 142 townhouses, alongside complete infrastructure works. Located ten minutes from Downtown Dubai, the project has already started construction on site and is expected to reach completion during the second quarter of 2028.
