Ares Real Estate has formed a European logistics investment partnership with Norges Bank Investment Management, supported by a €1.5 billion equity commitment from NBIM. The strategy focuses on modern, high-quality assets serving supply chain, distribution and e-commerce needs across Europe. It will utilise Ares’ global operating platform, Marq Logistics.
