Hunt Sports Development has partnered with Peak Curated Development and VENU to build a mixed-use district on the east side of Frisco's Toyota Stadium. Set for a 2027 groundbreaking, the project features a 290-room hotel, a flexible convention centre, and dining outlets. The scheme complements a planned west-side office expansion and supports ongoing stadium renovations, cementing the venue as a year-round entertainment hub.
