Sobha Realty has unveiled Sobha AquaCrest, the second residential cluster in its USD 20 billion Downtown UAQ | Sobha Realty masterplan. Spanning 25 million square feet, the development will feature five towers offering one- to three-bedroom residences with sustainable features and will accommodate over 150,000 residents upon completion.
