The Sports Boulevard Real Estate Development and Investment Company has signed an agreement with Rikaz Properties to set up a new investment fund worth over $186 million. Managed by Al Jazira Capital, the third fund will back the creation of a luxury five-star hotel in the Urban Wadi district of Riyadh. This contract pushes the total signed fund value for the mega project beyond $1.6 billion.
