PASHA Real Estate Group and Marriott International have agreed to a multi-property deal to build three hospitality and residential sites in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The plans feature an 80-room Ritz-Carlton resort and 282 residences in Zagulba, a 238-unit residential tower extension in Baku, and a 152-room Le Méridien hotel in central Tbilisi.
Marriott International has partnered with Shanghai SIIC North Bund New Landmark Construction and Development Co., Ltd. to introduce the world's first urban Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Shanghai. Set to open in 2030 within a 480-metre high-rise in the North Bund district, the 110-room hotel will make Shanghai the only city to host all eight Marriott luxury brands.
Marriott International is set to transform Lima’s hospitality sector with two major luxury hotel conversions by 2028. The Ritz-Carlton will debut in Miraflores while a new JW Marriott will open in the San Isidro business district.
