The project will span up to 1.5 million square metres in a strategic trade corridor. By combining the expertise of a PIF-backed developer and a global industrial leader, the venture aims to improve supply chain resilience and support the Kingdom's goal of becoming a premier global trade gateway.
A major luxury development has been confirmed for Riyadh’s Wadi Safar district through a partnership between Dar Al Arkan, Dar Global, and The Trump Organization. The project, named the Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, will occupy a 2.6 million square metre site and forms part of the Diriyah masterplan. The development will consist of over 450 serviced residential units and 1,600 beds across two plots totalling 13,000 square metres. The project is an example of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), aimed at linking high-quality living with key transportation infrastructure to create more connected and sustainable urban areas.
