These offerings are divided into four specific categories: After Dark, In the Wild, Around the Table and In the Spotlight, focusing on local culture and luxury service.

Hilton and Higuerón Developments have announced the signing of the Waldorf Astoria Marbella, set to open in Spain’s Malaga Province in 2029. The resort will feature 120 guest rooms and 120 Waldorf Astoria branded residences, offering luxury accommodations with views of the Mediterranean. Amenities will include a 750 square metre spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and multiple dining venues, including the brand’s iconic Peacock Alley.
The Park Hyatt Tokyo, Asia’s first establishment under the brand, has completed a landmark 19-month, property-wide restoration. Announced on 9th of December by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, the project was led by Paris-based design studio Jouin Manku and marks the most extensive renewal in the iconic hotel’s 30-year history. The work spans 171 redesigned guestrooms and suites, restored public spaces, and elevated dining offerings including the new Girandole by Alain Ducasse.
The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami has reopened following a striking $100 million transformation led by Gencom and acclaimed design studios. The renewal introduces a modern coastal glamorous aesthetic across its seventeen-acre beachfront setting, revitalising all accommodations, public spaces, and amenities.
