A multi-million dollar funding package has been approved for three transformative housing developments in Northern California. MidPen Housing and its partners will deliver 362 affordable units in San José, Alameda, and Watsonville. Each project is tied to major transit upgrades, including new bike lanes and electric ferry charging.
