Tritax London Logistics Fund has reached a £1 billion valuation milestone after securing £400 million in new equity, meeting its fundraising target early. The fund now manages 22 assets across Greater London and achieved a 15.2% total return for the year ending June 2026. Capitalising on institutional demand, managers intend to raise a further £150 million over the coming year.
