The 2 million square foot acquisition is situated along the vital I-95/I-295 corridor, providing access to over 130 million consumers. The firm plans to modernise the assets through targeted capital improvements and leasing initiatives to meet the high demand for infill logistics space in the Northeast.
PGIM Real Estate and Northstar Capital have acquired 51 Tuas View Link in Singapore for a major logistics redevelopment. Global investment firm KKR has completed the acquisition of the Cheongna Logistics Center in Incheon, South Korea. The deal represents the largest single asset logistics transaction in the country to date. Working alongside local asset manager Kreate, KKR acquired the 4.6 million square foot facility to capitalise on the growing demand for modern warehousing. The site is currently fully occupied and serves as a vital link in the Greater Seoul metropolitan area supply chain.
