The Wolseley Hospitality Group has appointed Laura Mills as its new Managing Director. Former Managing Director of The Ivy Collection, Mills brings nearly 15 years of senior hospitality leadership to the role. Owned by Minor International Trading Company Limited, the London-based group operates iconic dining venues including The Wolseley, Brasserie Zédel and The Delaunay, known for all-day dining and personalised service.
