Almal Real Estate Development has obtained official building approval for The One by Almal Bali Nusa Dua, paving the way for the next construction phase. The building permit (PBG No. SK-PBG-510305-14102026-001) was granted on 14 October 2026 by authorities in Badung Regency, Bali, through the developer’s local entity, PT Magical Bali Villas.

The resort scheme sits in the Nusa Dua district of Bali and will comprise 154 residential properties, including private villas, townhouses and apartments. The development will also feature resort amenities, leisure facilities and curated dining options.

Operating under the Registry Collection Hotels brand via a licensing agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the development links Almal’s property portfolio with Wyndham’s distribution network and Wyndham Rewards loyalty programme.

The Bali development forms part of the broader expansion of The One brand across residential, hospitality and digital sectors. The company already operates a dining and entertainment venue in Limassol, Cyprus, and manages property investments through its digital platform, The One App.
