Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Woodside Energy to provide integrated real estate services across the energy company’s global office portfolio, covering 14 countries worldwide. The five-year Global Outline Agreement will span Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America and North America.

Under the agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will deliver Integrated Facilities Management, Integrated Portfolio Management, and Project & Development Services across Woodside Energy’s offices. The appointment is seen as a significant milestone for Cushman & Wakefield, as Woodside becomes the firm’s first Global Occupier Services client headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two companies. In 2018, Cushman & Wakefield was awarded a contract to provide facilities management in Perth, which was expanded in 2022 to include Woodside’s Houston office.
