Kurt, who takes charge of the marketing portfolio, arrives with more than a decade of international hospitality experience across the UAE, Qatar, and Türkiye. Her career achievements have earned her a place on the Hotelier Middle East Power List for four consecutive years, along with the accolade of Top Performer by Marriott International EMEA in 2023.
Previously at Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, she spearheaded initiatives that raised brand visibility, strengthened guest engagement, and contributed to securing a Michelin Star for one of the hotel’s restaurants. In addition, she launched the Women’s Circle in Qatar, an initiative promoting women’s empowerment. At The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, she will oversee integrated marketing and brand communications, positioning the property as a premier luxury destination.
Joining alongside her is Arul, who assumes responsibility for sales and distribution. With over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, she is a graduate of Switzerland’s Glion Institute of Higher Education. Her career includes leadership roles with Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood, and Banyan Tree, with assignments in Vietnam, Morocco, and the Maldives.
Her track record highlights consistent commercial growth and strategic foresight, qualities she now brings to The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort. In her new role, she will lead the sales and distribution agenda, shaping partnerships and strategies aligned with the brand’s renowned “Live Exquisite” philosophy.
