Shamal Holding and Marriott International Inc. have signed an agreement to introduce the first EDITION branded residences and a hotel to the Middle East, with the development set to open in 2029 at Dubai Harbour.

The Dubai Beach EDITION will be the brand’s first beachfront resort in the UAE, combining EDITION’s signature design, innovation, and premium service. The project aims to redefine luxury living and hospitality within one of Dubai’s most prominent seafront districts.

The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION will mark the debut of EDITION-branded residences in the Middle East, featuring 165 two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. Each residence will reflect the brand’s contemporary luxury style while offering elevated resort amenities.

The associated hotel will feature 185 rooms and suites, all with sea views, alongside curated culinary experiences consistent with the EDITION ethos. The development will be set within Dubai Harbour, an iconic coastal location that combines luxury residences, hospitality, retail, and dining, all overlooking a private stretch of beach.

The project is expected to set a new standard in luxury lifestyle hospitality for the region, integrating beachfront living with the vibrancy of Dubai’s urban environment.
