Aldar has announced that Saadiyat Grove, a major luxury retail and fine dining destination in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, will open in the fourth quarter of 2026. Bringing together over 100 global brands and 20 regional debuts, the mixed-use scheme includes luxury residences, hotels, executive office space, a wellness clinic and a 2,000 square metre BXR gym.
Minor Hotels has announced plans to launch Australia's largest integrated resort wellness precinct in the Hunter Valley. Opening in stages from October 2026, Avani Cypress Lakes Resort will merge the existing Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat into a 340-acre destination. Minor Hotels has announced the global launch of The Wolseley Hotels, with its first property opening in New York City in 2027. Located in Midtown Manhattan, the flagship will occupy a historic 1905 landmark. The development features 76 rooms and the first United States location of the celebrated Wolseley restaurant, marking a major milestone in the brand’s international expansion.
